Meet Giovanna

Giovanna is a holistic intuitive energy worker with over 20 years of experience in bodywork, with past experience as a personal trainer and massage therapist. She is currently certified in Usui Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Somatic Trauma Release, and Bach Flowers. She uses these modalities along with muscle testing to assist others in their healing journey. She also has a Private Sound Healing session for one and uses Tuning Forks, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, and other instruments. She has recently added Distant Trauma Healing which she has created by combining several modalities she has practiced and experienced. This session is done remotely and packages are available for all treatment options. Distant Reiki is also available.

Each session is custom to the needs of the individual. Her main focus is to make sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived. She will do whatever is needed to ensure that. Sessions can be combined for optimal results. Her in-person services are in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico, but she will travel. Her Spiritual Consulting, Distant Trauma Release, and Distant Reiki can be done remotely, worldwide.

Giovanna is also a well-rounded artist, author, speaker, and spiritualist who uses energy and intuition to help others navigate through health and happiness. She has been studying natural healing for about 20 years. Giovanna has traveled the world which helped create a deeper understanding of spirituality through studying in places such as India, Nepal, and Thailand. She also taught improv for 20 years and believes laughter IS the best medicine and that we shouldn't take life too seriously.
